Online study permit application's required documents for Canada

Hi there,
I applied online for a study permit from outside Canada (Dhaka, Bangladesh). This blog post is a checklist of preparing documents for an online study permit application using the GCkey account.
You will need to merge a few documents before uploading them. I am sharing the process I followed to apply for a study permit.

**Every document needs to be less than 5MB

Required Documents:

Application Form(s)

1- Application for study permit outside Canada IMM 1294
Fill up the IMM1294 form with your correct and updated information and upload it to this section.
You will need to use Adobe Reader to read and fill up the application form.

Supporting Documents

2- Letter of Acceptence
In this field, you need to upload only your latest and updated Letter of Acceptance received from your DLI (Designated Learning Institution, EG: College, University).
3- Passport with validity
In this field, upload your latest Passportwhich is at least valid until the course's duration. You will need to scan the First 2 pages of your passport including the page with your photo and basic information, and the following page wich has your personal data and emergency contact.
Make sure they are merged to a single pdf file, and pdf size is less than 5MB
4- Proof of Means of Financial Support
In this section, you need to merge the following financial documents into 1 pdf before submitting them.
  1. Fund explanation document (at max 2 pages). Your fund should be greater than your total tution fee + total cost of living.
  2. Notarised affidavit of financial support (You can mention your sponsor (EG: Parents) if not self funded)
  3. Scanned passport copy of the sponsor or if self funnded than applicatens.
  4. National ID card's scanned copy of the sponsor or if self funnded than applicatens.
  5. Banalce certificate from Bank
  6. Government Saving Certificate (if there is any)
  7. 6 Months bank statement
  8. 6 Months salary statement of sponsor or if self funded than applicent (for business owner this wont be necessary)
  9. Attested and notarised validation report of assets. Make sure everything is in English.
  10. Tax certificate of sponsor or applicent (if appicant is self funded)
Make sure the merged pdf is less then 5MB
5- Proof of upfront Medical Exam
Scan all the pages of your upfront medical exam and merge them into a pdf. Upload that pdf in this section.
6- Digital photo
You need to upload your photo in this field and the photo dimension should be 45 * 55 MM or Passport Sized
7- Family Information IMM 5645
Fill up the IMM 5645 form with your correct and updated information and upload it to this section.
You will need to use Adobe Reader to read and fill up the application form.
8- Application for temporary resedence visa made outside Canada IMM 5257
Fill up the IMM 5257 form with your correct and updated information and upload it to this section.
You will need to use Adobe Reader to read and fill up the application form.
9- Client Information
In this section, you need to merge the following financial documents into 1 pdf before submitting them.
  1. Study Plan (2 Pages at max)
  2. CV with references from employeers or professors
  3. All academic transscripts and certificates
  4. IELTS or English proficiency test result card scanned both front and back page
  5. Birth Certificate
  6. Police Clearence Certificate
Make sure the merged pdf is less then 5MB
